Successful Passage of the Fire Levy
The following is a statement from Bath Township Fire Department Chief Joseph Kitchen in response to the successful passage of the fire levy:
“We are grateful for the support of our Bath Township community and appreciate their confidence and trust in our fire department. These additional funds will allow us to continue to provide the excellent emergency services our residents have been accustomed to receiving. Additionally, it will ensure appropriate Fire/EMS staffing, equipment and apparatus maintenance and procurement, as well as upkeep of our facilities. On behalf of IAFF Local 4539 and all of the men and women of the Bath Township Fire Department, we extend our sincere thanks.”
